My Story Hotel Ouro

Liked very good location and staff, all was fairly clean. We got a perfect room with good beds.

Unbelievable hotel, I appreciated stunning location and compact rooms. The staff was courteous from a different shift. The food they offered was excellent, had plenty of meals.

Everything is wonderful, I enjoyed immaculate room and magnificent location.

Everything was great and fairly clean, I appreciated staff and rooms. Phenomenal location with a metro station close to the hotel. Found a place called Allchiado, set walking distance from the venue, ate there a few times. There was a great restaurant with hot meals.

Small clean hotel with welcoming staff who made the stay a great experience.

Favourable position along with superfriendly staff are the reasons we loved this sublime hotel.

We do loved it because of rooms and people. The room we had included a mini-bar, central heating and an electronic key card.

The property was overall clean and contemporary, had excellent staff and food. The restaurant was pretty good with good food & friendly staff, loved it.

The weather was pleasant, had nice stay at the hotel. Its location was very central, 100 metres from a cast-iron elevator.

This is an absolutely fabulous place, with very central location and perfect rooms. Plentiful breakfast with lots of slices of fresh bread, cakes, pastries and yogurt to satisfy every guest

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was weak.

We enjoyed this hotel, it was sensational and spotless. Everything was modern, including location and staff, its reliable wi-fi. Large bedroom and luxury bathroom. The breakfast had variety of food, like coffee, yoghourt, bangers, slices of fresh bread and pastries. Lovely pool to relax in too.

Pleasant stay overall. I loved this hotel, its location and staff. Extremely convenient venue in interesting area. Easy check-in, late check-out.

Unbelievable location, sweet staff, fresh food. And it also had awesome view. Cold drinks and cakes, breads, sausages and pastries. There was a great pool on site too.

Different food, modern staff, soft beds. Exceptionally good view of exterior. I thoroughly enjoyed having cakes, bread, bangers, yoghourt and pastries in the morning...

Breakfast is varied, position is best possible. The restaurant is cozy and reasonably priced. Pleasant lobby.

It was a perfectly pleasant time staying at this newly remodeled hotel. The first 3 star property where everything was first class and spotless. Besides, the area was central, next to a stylish shopping center. Surprisingly good breakfast, EXCEPTIONAL service.

It was a really enjoyable stay. Room was nice size and gorgeous with a fairly clean bathroom. Staff in that hotel was fabulous. The team there provided decent service. The location was brilliant, not too far away from miradouro sao pedro alcantara.

Loved that the hotel was very beautiful, perfect decor in the rooms. The bfast staff were so delightful!

It's fabulous base for visiting some must see attractions in Lisbon. We booked king room and it was air-conditioned. In addition, free Wi-Fi was handy. Good choice of bars and restaurants in area.

Hotel's really close to main attractions like calouste gulbenkian museum. One could dine at restaurants such as Bistro Augusta 5 minutes away.
